These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of southfloridamarinesystems.com (the "Site") and the services requested through it. By using the Site or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

South Florida Marine Systems ("SFMS," "we," "us," or "our") operates a dispatch network that connects vessel owners with independent, marine-certified A/C technicians and service providers ("Network Technicians") across South Florida. SFMS is not itself the entity performing repair, maintenance, or installation work on your vessel — Network Technicians are independent businesses responsible for the service they provide.

Requesting Service

When you submit a request through the Site or by phone, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, phone number, and vessel location. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific response time, technician, or outcome; response times depend on technician availability, location, and current demand.

Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting your phone number, you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted by SFMS and Network Technicians by phone, text, or automated messaging systems regarding your request and related offers, as described in our Privacy Policy. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service and may be revoked at any time.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing for repairs, maintenance, or installation is determined by the Network Technician who services your vessel and is communicated to you directly, typically after diagnosis. Any figures referenced on the Site are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a quote or estimate.

Independent Network Technicians

Network Technicians are independent contractors or independently owned businesses, not employees or agents of SFMS. SFMS does not control the manner in which Network Technicians perform their work. While we take reasonable steps to work with qualified, marine-certified technicians, SFMS does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed and is not liable for the acts or omissions of any Network Technician.

No Guarantees

Statements on the Site regarding experience, response times, or satisfaction reflect general information about our network and are not a guarantee of results for any individual service request.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any service arranged through it, including damages related to vessel downtime, property damage, or work performed by a Network Technician. Your sole remedy for a dispute regarding service performed is with the Network Technician who performed the work.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of SFMS or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
